Document Automation and Templates

We can customize your word processing software by automating your commonly used letters, contracts and forms:

• Word or WordPerfect templates and forms incorporating macros and wizards.
• HotDocs Experts – Customize and automate document templates with fill-in dialog boxes and and clause libraries; can be used with either MS Word or WordPerfect.

Database & Report Programming

We can create databases for various litigation needs and for firm programs such as marketing and recruitment:

• Custom programming using Microsoft Access and/or Excel.
• Training your staff in data entry and maintenance of the database.
• Many ODBC-compliant law firm software packages allow us to create customized databases and reports utilizing data collected from your law firm billing and accounting software.
